2. Accuracy of Information

You undertake that the photographs, description, and data on your profile are real, current, and represent you. Impersonating third parties or using images without the right to do so is prohibited.

3. Permitted Content

• Content that involves minors or suggests their presence is not permitted.
• Promoting human trafficking, coercion, or illicit activities is not permitted.
• Do not publish exact addresses, documents, or third-party data.
• Public photos are stamped with the platform's watermark and stripped of metadata.

4. Role of the Platform

ChicasMalas is an intermediary that provides visibility to verified profiles. It does not create, produce, or edit the content of the listings, nor does it take part in the arrangements between advertisers and visitors.

5. Credits, Publishing, and Payments

Publishing consumes credits (or the welcome period). Payments are processed through secure means. Credits consumed for days published are non-refundable except in the case of a proven platform error.

6. Moderation and Suspension

We reserve the right to review, pause, or suspend any profile that breaches this agreement, applicable laws, or our policies, without prejudice to any applicable legal action.

7. Legal Compliance

You are responsible for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction. We cooperate with the authorities in accordance with our Law Enforcement policy.
