2. Purpose

MALAS offers a service for publishing verified profiles, discovery by official geographic areas, optional external channels, and a credit system for publishing.

3. Age Restriction

Access to and use of MALAS is reserved exclusively for persons over 18 years of age. Any depiction of minors is prohibited and entails immediate suspension and reporting to the authorities.

4. Regulatory Framework

• Digital services directive and applicable intermediation regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

The MALAS brand, its visual identity, and the platform software are owned by the operating entity. Content published by users belongs to their respective authors, who authorize its display within the platform.

6. Liability

MALAS acts as a technical intermediary. It does not intervene in relationships between users nor guarantee the outcome of interactions. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
