How we protect your account, identity, and payments.

Security and privacy are priorities for MALAS. These are the measures we apply.
1. Identity verification
Every profile goes through manual verification with an ID document and a selfie. Identity data is private and is never exposed publicly. Verification is required to earn the verified badge.
2. Payment protection
Charges in euros are processed through Stripe with TLS encryption. We do not store your full card details. Each charge is confirmed before credits are released; refunds follow idempotent, audited flows.
3. Secure credit wallet
The wallet uses optimistic locking, a single canonical wallet per user, and idempotency keys to prevent double charges and credits without a confirmed payment. Every change is logged and auditable.
4. Fraud and bot prevention
We apply a server-side math challenge, rate limits, and Cloudflare Turnstile at sign-up. If Turnstile fails to load, the form reports the issue and lets you retry without skipping the check.
5. Location privacy
Discovery works only by official areas (city, region, and country). Browser coordinates are used momentarily to look up an area and are not stored. Your private home address is used only during identity review and is deleted once it is approved.
6. Audit log
Sensitive actions (verifications, payments, suspensions, refunds) are recorded in an audit log with a timestamp and the responsible party.
7. Reporting incidents
If you detect a vulnerability or suspicious behavior, report it from the Help Center. We investigate every report as a priority.
