1. Who can report

The holder of the rights to a work (or their authorized representative) who believes, in good faith, that a photograph or content published on the platform is being used without authorization.

2. What your notice must include

• Identification of the protected work and the infringing content (URL of the profile or photo).
• Your contact details (name and email address).
• A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the rights holder, their agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information is accurate and that you are acting as the rights holder or their representative.
• Your signature (physical or electronic).

3. How to submit it

Send your notice to contact@chicasmalas.net with the subject “DMCA / Copyright”. We review each request and, when appropriate, remove the content and notify the profile owner.

4. Counter-notification

If your content was removed and you believe you have the right to use it, you may send a counter-notification to the same email explaining the reasons and providing your contact details. We will assess the case before restoring any content.

5. Repeat infringement

Profiles that repeatedly infringe copyright will be suspended from the platform.
