Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and complete identity verification. False or impersonated identities result in immediate and permanent suspension.

2. Verification and publication

Every profile undergoes manual review before receiving the verified badge. Verification does not guarantee automatic publication; photographs are moderated individually. MALAS never uses AI to identify race, ethnicity, or skin tone.

3. Credits and daily publication

Profile publication works with a credit system. Each day of publication consumes credits from your wallet. Credits are purchased by payment in euros through Stripe and are only released after payment confirmation. External contact channels are optional, are published with the express consent of the holder, and MALAS never requests your passwords. No refunds are issued for credits already used.

4. User conduct

• Legal, truthful, and original content; no material involving minors or non-consensual content.
• Harassment, fraud, and requesting external payments are prohibited.
• Do not use the platform for paid sexual services or other illegal activities.

5. Suspension

MALAS may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms. Suspensions may be temporary or permanent depending on the severity.

6. Liability

MALAS acts as an intermediary platform and is not responsible for the content published by users or for the encounters between them. Liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.

7. Modifications

We may update these terms; we will notify you of substantial changes. Continued use implies acceptance of the terms in force.
