Information for authorities about data requests and cooperation in investigations.

ChicasMalas cooperates with the competent authorities within the law. This page describes how to submit legal requests for information and reports of unlawful activity.
1. Legal requests
We handle valid requests from authorities (court orders, subpoenas or equivalent requests issued under the applicable jurisdiction). Each request is assessed for legal validity and scope before we respond.
2. How to submit a request
Authorities may write to contact@chicasmalas.net with the subject “Authorities — Legal request”, including the identification of the agency, the legal basis, the data requested and an official verification contact.
3. Data we keep
We keep a registration record of every verified profile (reviewed identity, confirmed documents, timestamps) even after deleting the private images used for the review, so that an auditable record exists for legitimate investigations. We do not keep users' geolocation coordinates.
4. Data preservation
Upon a formal request, we may preserve the relevant information while the corresponding legal request is processed.
5. Emergencies
In situations of imminent risk to a person's life or safety, prioritize official emergency channels; you can also flag the urgency in the email subject.
